Meet The Team

Brian Poljacik

Brian Poljacik is founder and co-owner of The Clean Team. He has been involved in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry since 1994.

Brian is a certified professional with The Clean Trust and continues his education through yearly training. He has been schooled in water damage restoration, CPT repair and reinstallation, upholstery and fabric cleaning, journeyman water restoration, fire and smoke restoration, carpet cleaning, journeyman textile cleaning, comprehensive deodorization, odor control, and stone, masonry, and ceramic cleaning.

Brian enjoys year-round outdoor activities and traveling with his wife.

Jodie Poljacik

Jodie Poljacik is co-owner of The Clean Team. She has been involved full time in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry since 2003. Jodie has been trained in customer relations, office management, and floor care. She updates her skills through continuing education.

Jodie loves spending time with family, friends and her dog Petunia. You may hear Petunia in the background every now and then. 

Lillian Poljacik

Lillian Poljacik is in her second year of college, she works as the marketing director and as an office administrator. She is passionate about the writing, and often spends her free time involved in philanthropy. Lillian has worked for her family’s business since 2019 and is proud of their work! 

Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter is one of our technicians, and has been working for The Clean Team for about a year. He has been educated by the IICRC in order to further improve his professional cleaning skills. In his free time Andrew enjoys snowmobiling and spending time with his family.
